October 13, 2006, Newsletter Issue #19: Using an Electric Home Fragrancer For Better Sleep

Tip of the Week

At the end of a stressful day it can seem as though sleep will never come. It can be difficult to turn our brains off and get the rest we need. An electric home fragrancer in the bedroom might just help to relax your mind and get a good night's sleep. Unlike candles, which need an open flame to emit scent and must be extinguished when not being watched, an electric home fragrancer can be plugged in and left to scent a room 24 hours a day. It can be plugged in close to the bed for those that like strong scents or on the other side of the room for a delicate hint of fragrance. When choosing an electric home fragrancer for your bedroom make sure you choose a scent that you won't get sick of quickly. Delicate scents are probably better choices than strong, overpowering ones. Some scents that promote relaxation and fight stress are Lavender, Rose, Grapefruit and Jasmine. In the end though, any scent that calms you or reminds you of something positive and relaxing is a good scent to choose. Then plug in your electric home fragrancer, breath deeply, and let the soothing scents take over.
